We prepare key documentation, manage the contact with potential buyers and provide negotiation support. We tailor the sales process to each client’s particular needs and situation. 

We ensure that the values and upsides are visible in order to position the seller in the best possible negotiating position. Good preparation is key.

CHINA BUSINESS SUPPORT
Infima has long experience with doing business in China and has developed a large network through our subsidiary Infima (China) Co. Ltd. in Shanghai. Infima is therefore in a position to provide business support to both outbound and inbound investments in the Chinese market.

Our prime focus is on helping Chinese companies and investors to invest in Northern Europe. This include developing the company's acquisition strategy, partner search, or conduct an acquisition. But we also provide services to Nordic companies wishing to invest in China or to establish themselves in the Chinese market. 

Infima may also assist Nordic companies and investors who have special needs or challenges in the Chinese market. We have successfully provided such assistance.
