Experienced in developing business, management and operations in China. Established the entire Odfjell terminal China network, which includes 8 terminals along the coastal line of China in the past two decades (1998 - 2018). Served as VP, Director and Vice Chairman of Board in the terminal companies. Chang has during the process established good reputations in the port industry and excellent relationship with the Port Authorities, customers and petrochemical industry. Previously worked in Odfjell Drilling in Bergen as Marine Engineer.
