EG acquires Lindbak Retail Systems

LindbakGruppen sold its subsidiary Lindbak Retail Systems to EG owned by Francisco Partners, a private equity firm focused exclusively on investments in software companies.

EG has acquired Norwegian software company Lindbak Retail Systems AS. The acquisition is the first under the ownership of Francisco Partners and establishes EG as one of the leaders in retail software in Scandinavia. Infima actes as sole financial advisor to LindbakGruppen.
