Infima China signed its first frame agreement with Shuangliang Group (“SL”) in January 2021. The agreement shall promote further cooperation and help SL internationalize to find strategic partners.

Shuangliang Group (“SL”) was established in 1982. It is an energy saving and environmental protection equipment manufacturer and one of the top 500 companies in China. The company has 22 wholly owned and holding companies, of which Shuangliang Energy Saving is a listed company. SL integrates clean energy centralized heating industry, water environment treatment industry, carbon-based bio-organic fertilizer industry, and new chemical material industry.

SL is looking for technology/strategic partners in the sector of heat exchange, high voltage electrode boiler, cooling system, etc. and is also seeking help in recruiting professional and high-profile talents. SL recognize Infima’s extensive experience and strong expertise in these sectors, so they will use Infima’s services and work together with Infima to create win-win scenarios.
